3800 SQ.FT. 4 bedroom house with interesting courtyard planning and introduction of shallow water body in living area. Whole house is RCC framed structure with terracotta round pot filler slab at passage and bridge area. Front facade of house is a skin of exposed brick wall constructed in rat trap bond pattern.
